An angel-investment organization in India is supporting the country's technology entrepreneurs, who previously have had difficulty securing capital and navigating government regulations to set up shop. The Indian Angel Network listens to hundreds of pitches from start-ups all over the country, looking for investment opportunities. "Our efforts are really going into driving the economic engine of India," said Padmaja Ruparel, president of Angel Network.
