As an organization, Online Potential is much leaner, much more focused on workflow management, effective planning and smart, decisive meetings that must end with next actions.
As a founder/owner, I set the internal bar as high as possible and our clients see and react positively to that. Mediocrity is not an option.
And by the way, you helped inspire our 2011 goals. :)
