Professional Experiences & Goals
My PhD work has been on closed loop controllers for controlling epileptic seizures. I have worked heavily on systems to capture, monitor, and analyze the various electrical signals generated by the body. I am interested in product development and the process of creating intuitive, yet highly advanced medical devices. I would like to eventually get into consulting. I was recently named 1 of 6 Gator engineers to watch in the latest issue of the Florida Engineer.

Skilled in electrophysiology recordings, including surgical placement of embedded electrodes in animal models. Digital signal processing of these and other signals. Embedded controllers, Matlab, Solidworks
