I interned for Synogen, Inc. last year, which is a private equity company that invests in medical technology startups. I worked closely with one of Synogen's associates as a consultant for RegisterPatient.com, Inc. My ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and my enthusiasm to learn enabled me to contribute to the reevaluation of this company’s business plan based on the emerging demands in the healthcare industry. I worked closely with the CEO to create a new website layout, pricing model, & marketing strategy for this patient registration & referral startup company, which led to the re-launch of his website in April 2010. I personally managed the creation of an online promotional video and the related outsourcing needs through oDesk. I really enjoyed being challenged and exercising my creativity to bring a concept to fruition. I admire people like the CEO of RegisterPatient.com for taking a leap of faith with an idea that he truly believes could make a difference in people’s lives. I would like to be a risk taker and an innovator as well.

Specialties in Your Industries of Expertise

I am a very organized person and I enjoy managing a team. I also like to exercise my creativity by developing different marketing strategies. And although I am a finance major, I have taken many science classes, such as physics and chemistry, which enable me to understand many concepts in the medical field.
