Professional Experiences & Goals

I hold a Ph.D in Chemical Engineering with broad experience in many areas from fundamental science to systems engineering. I have owned or otherwise been involved in several technical startups in this area. Currently I manage Microfabritech. We have capabilities and expertise in materials and fabrication at all scales, systems integration and research development for early stage demonstration of concepts.

Specialties in Your Industries of Expertise

I have worked in semiconductors, particularly in light emitting and detection. I also work in nanoscale materials and devices. I have a broad range of skills ranging from the materials work to electronics and systems design and integration.

How did you hear about GAINnet and what are your interests?

I have been aware of GAIN for years. Recently, we have recognized that our skill set may be of some use to the broader early-stage business community, so have decided to broaden our interactions for the purpose of finding partnerships that result in a stronger business community for this region.
