"just a note they say that most governments conts are awarded before being posted, who says that , the SBA says that. but we had 2 contacts, and I worke for the contract office and they had about 2 contracts a week that got no proposals or bid. you…"

I want to create a blog that not only works on getting government contractss, but also forces government agencies to work with small businesses. I also want to make the agencies who job it is to help small businesses do their work.
