market on-line solutions that streamlines the recruitment process with the new emerging social media ecosystem. Hayes has worked for numerous start ups and large corporations internationally in the telecommunication and high tech industry such as: Iomega, Lucent
Technologies, Ascend Communications, M-Systems and serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for E Kabel (http://www.unitymedia.de), launching broadband cable in Germany
after it was sold from Deutsche Telecom. He has launched products and developed distribution into new markets across the U.S., Europe and Asia, building multi-million dollar businesses from the ground up. Hayes graduated with a B.S. in International Relations from University of Wisconsin, Madison.
