good question Tom. I don't have much experience with franchise opportunities, but the area's corporate law attorneys prolly have some ideas. As Sven suggested in your other question, Bruce is solid. You might also consider directly contacting some of My.gain-net's legal group members. If they don't do such work, ask who they'd recommend. I don't know the competitive dynamic of local law firms, but they might be more comfortable providing a recommendation directly than posting it here...

Franchising is a highly specialized and regulated industry. You want an experienced attorney who regularly does franchise agreements. So, you may want to "cast your net further out" and look for an experienced attorney in franchising in the Tampa Bay or Orlando area. You can find an attorney in one of these areas by going to the online Martindale-Hubell legal directory, http://www.martindale.com/, and searching for an attorney who specializes in "Franchises."
