Mindtree is looking for programmers that have recently graduated from college with a Bachelors degree that have proficiency in at least ONE of the following:
•    Java
•    .Net
•    PHP/Python
•    Ruby on Rails

AND have the ability to travel to India for an 8-week training program after they are hired. The permanent position is here in Gainesville Florida, but occasional project related travel may be expected.  Drug testing and background testing will be required.

Qualifications:
•    Upon selection, the candidate would be expected to travel to India for at least 8 weeks to attend MindTree specific training and orientation: Must Have a Valid Passport
•    Bachelor's Degree or Minor (one of): Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Math, Information Systems or any science related field
Coursework and proficiency in the following:
•    Data Structures
•    Algorithms
•    Computer Programming
•    Object oriented design
•    Databases
Proficiency in one of the following programming languages:
•    Java
•    .Net
•    PHP/Python
•    Ruby on Rails
Other Requirements:
•    Communication and presentation skills
•    Problem solving skills & and a learning attitude
•    Ability to be part of a team
•    Process orientation
•    Work experience in an IT environment is not mandatory but would be considered favorably
•    Certifications in Microsoft or Java technologies would be considered favorably
