Job Description

We are a fast paced, highly interactive super talented growing family of designers, usability experts, SEO advisors and programmers. We build lots of engaging websites to be very proud of, mobile friendly / responsive design sites, mobile applications, CD and DVD production and motion graphics projects, touch surface applications and have more recently headed into Windows Metro and WPF desktop applications. With roughly 70 folks spanning 7 scrum teams we work in a wonderfully dynamic environment of ever changing landscape of customers and markets poised to satisfy most any market using a proven agile team approach.

We are looking for 4 - 5 additional C# wizards with strengths in ASP.NET WebForms. Exposure to MVC, XAML, nTier development, Entity Framework / ORMs, LINQ. If you wish this was you but your strong with ASP.NET we can train you into some of the rest.

Desired Skills & Experience

Ideally you have more than one year great experience, have been involved on several projects end to end, have interacted some with each stage of requirements gathering, database design, nTier coding (db layer, ui layer minimum), have a passion for becoming amazing, have been or wish to work in real teams, are thrilled to know someone else will worry about pretty so you can focus on algorithms, and are willing to work hard when the occasion demands it.  It also helps if you are into outdoor games (field day), BBQs, Cook-offs, the occasional All Staff event post celebrations (last one was canoeing, next one looks like Orlando Theme park (wink wink)), and a family culture where no one takes themselves too seriously.
