Chemistry Laboratory Technician
     Sinmat -a local technology company with about 20 employees and clients around the world produces next-generation, engineered nano-particles slurries for a wide range of (Chemical- Mechanical Polishing) applications used to manufacture computer chips, solid state lighting and power devices for clean technology.

    We are looking for a lab technician to assist engineers & scientists in polishing wafers used in the semiconductor industry; and to also help in the manufacture of the polishing slurries used in the process. Responsibilities include communicating, interacting, and updating Sinmat’s growing
customer base.
    This is a full-time, hourly position, eligible for benefits (PTO and health insurance). Funded for one year, likely to be extended. Hourly range $13-15/hr. This is a great opportunity to work in a general chemistry lab environment, around scientists and engineers on the cutting edge of technology, with state of the art equipment in a company recognized locally and nationally as an example of creativity and innovation.
