How do you add a Grooveshark widget to a personal page (My Page)

I believe you would visit http://widgets.grooveshark.com/ to design your widget, copy the widget code and then, on your "My Page", edit the "Text Box" section to paste the widget code copied from Grooveshark. Let me know if that doesn't work or you get stuck along the way...

As an example, I've embedded my neon widget named "I can embed a Grooveshark widget with no handlebars..." below:

The obvious most direct and simple approach is often overlooked, eh?
Instead of trying that, I spent hours looking through the apps section and trying to link to a url.
I am sure I can handle it now.
