The 13-office class A suite (3600 SF) in the park is not in the main Sid Martin Incubator. It is an office annex we have in Progress One between Axogen and Nanotherapeutics, with it's own front and back entrances and separate bathrooms. Perfect for a young company that wants a professional look and a location among other tech companies. Does not need to be a bioscience company. There is other space available in the park too.
The Sid Martin "mothership" is 85% full and we always accept applications from promising bioscience startups. If you have questions you can reach me at 386-462-0880.
