Event Description
Gainesville-based nurse David K. Williams developed the idea behind RegisterPatient during his more than 17 years in the medical field, where he regularly witnessed the frustrating inefficiencies of the patient registration process. With a strong background in computer programming, David and his team developed RegisterPatient throughout a five-year period. Today, more than 30,000 patients are using the online patient registration system. As David can attest, the first encounter between patient and healthcare provider is crucial. RegisterPatient is an online communication system that makes that first encounter between patient and healthcare provider efficient, effective and thorough.
