The 2017 GAIN FastPitch Contest, a baseball themed start up pitching competition, awarded 1st place winner for this year’s event to Armand Sepulveda, CEO of Dycap Media Solutions. Dycap Media Solutions offers Perfect Track ™ software for automating PTZ cameras using motion, edge and facial recognition, thus eliminating the need for camera operators and tracking beacons. “Last night was a blast and a great learning experience for Dycap.” says Armand.
On Thursday April 13th, nine amazingly talented local companies made their pitches to an expert team of ‘catchers,’ including Sue Washer, CEO of AGTC and SharpSpring’s CEO, Rick Carlson. Second place was awarded to Magnolia East Properties, LLC and third place to Wahi Ride. First place consists of a $500 cash award, a one-year subscription to SharpSpring’s marketing automation tools, and the coveted FastPitch bat.
This event was made possible by SharpSpring, CDT Holdings, UF’s Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Hampton Inn Downtown and StudyEdge.
